This Dr. Z Max 18 Jr. NR was originally purchased as a combo amp but the original owner found it too heavy and order a head cabinet from DR Z.

Being converted to a tube amp head with its original cab still intact, this DR. Z Maz 18 NR is simple and straightforward with a killer tone. Featuring controls for Volume, Treble, Mids, Bass, a Master Volume and a Cut control (tilt EQ) after the 3-band EQ, this amp can pull together almost any tone you could want from a tube amp. The rear panel reads upside down due to the conversion but still functions as intended. For those of you who are concerned with the lack of reverb, fret not! This amp is equipped with a necessary send/return effects loop to keep your tone straight and steady no matter what effects you prefer.
