For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1956 Fender "Champ" Student Lap Steel Guitar- Blonde. 

The Fender Champ lap steel guitar was first introduced as a student-level instrument in the 1950s. This lap steel, both simple and functional, offered the player an easy, lightweight instrument with familiar controls and great tonality. Now, over 70 years later, and the Champ carries with it some serious vintage cache, with some fantastic tone to boot.

This simple lap steel sounds great with one of the most desirable eras of pickups ever made. It is in good condition with normal playwear yet fully functional and comes with OHSC. Pickups are pots are 100% original as is the tweed case. We purchased this along with a 1956 Fender Champ that has been with it since new and is offered separately.
