This Les Paul Standard is from the first year that Gibson introduced the Les Paul Standard 2008 Specs which include a chambered body, locking tuners and input jack, and a modern asymmetrical neck profile.

The guitar is comprised of a Mahogany body, Maple top, and Rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays. The two humbucker pickups are controlled with the standard four control knobs and three-way pickup selector

This guitar sports the classic goldtop finish with a natural grain back. The guitar has seen minimal play, and is free of pick scratches, belt rash, or ring marks on the neck.
