1959 Gibson GA-40 Les Paul Amp

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1959 Gibson GA-40 Les Paul Amp.

This GA-40 is among the cleanest examples we've seen, with virtually no sign of wear despite its 60-odd years. And now, thanks to a tune-up by amp-whisperer and longtime friend of GPG, Mr. Jeff Bober, it sounds as good as it looks. For our money, we'd say the original speaker (a P12P Jensen) barks twice as loud as most of its 12" peers from the era, so if you need an amp that can fill a room without breaking your back lugging it there, look no further. It comes with a soft cover and still has the Les Paul model badge.
