1972 Fender Telecaster

For your consideration, Garrett Park Guitars presents this 1972 Fender Telecaster.

This is a time capsule example of a '72 Fender ash body, maple neck Telecaster. Imagine yourself in a country band in the early '70s and this would be your guitar. It is a very clean example but it also sounds great. By this time Fender had removed the "mud" capacitor from the circuit enabling the use of the neck and middle positions. The frets and fingerboard are very clean and easy to play!

With an original finish with light checking and a bit of a "suntan" around the pickguard, this Telecaster weighs in at 7 lbs. 12 oz. It comes with its original case and ashtray bridge cover.
